Site work for a civil project in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacing the dam structure of Lock 3 at the Shubenacadie Canal on behalf of the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Renewables (NSDNRR). BNS seeks to retain the services of an experienced contractor to complete the following scope of work: Site access and egress The installation of a cofferdam and dewatering of the site to gain access to Lock 3. The demolition, removal and proper disposal of the existing wooden, concrete and steel structure. The installation of a modern concrete gravity dam as per the design drawings provided in Appendix D. The limitation of disturbance to the general public and wildlife that frequent Shubie Park while completing the work.
