Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove, County of Orange, New York 10914, having declared the Request for Proposal and assistance in the installation of topsoil, screening of more than 2,300 yards of onsite topsoil, amend existing topsoil with compost, testing of existing topsoil to determine PH and organics (21 different test), fine grading and power raking, spreading of at least six (6) inches on field and fine grade topsoil, to establish the four (4) corners of the athletic field to a dimension of 330 LF X 340 LF., treat existing field with Herbicide to kill existing vegetation, hydroseed of at least 12,100 SY with premium turf seed, fertilizer and application of 1,500 lbs. of wood fiber mulch per acre. This proposal does not include Surveying, Engineering plans, removal of tailings and debris from screened soil located on premise.
