Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) is seeking to enter an agreement with a professional painter to provide a physical environment refresh to patient rooms located within the hospital's in-patient area rooms on Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 (partial), and in Mental Health, see attached SOW Floor Plan. The term of the agreement will be eighteen (18) months, with the option to extend for another six (6) month term. The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
