The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant to provide engineering services for the 3rd Street: Rio Salado to Jefferson Street Connector project. Services will include evaluating the existing preliminary engineering study and providing design services up to 30% design submittal. There will be an option to extend the contract to complete full design services. The project limits are from the north bank of the Rio Salado multi-use path into downtown Phoenix at the intersection of 3rd Street and Jefferson Street. The estimated construction cost is $15.5 million. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
