Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Silver City, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: Reconstruction of approximately one half mile of Little Walnut Road, from north of Chavez Lane to south of Jack Frost Road, to include paving, curb and gutter, a 5 ft. sidewalk, drivepads, drainage improvements, signage, and striping, and bike lanes. The Project has an expected duration of (160) calendar days to substantial completion. Electronic copies of Bidding Documents and plans may be requested from Stantec. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Stantec as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than Stantec in either electronic or paper format. Stantec will update periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Stantec.
