Project Description: Provide remediation activities in the form of abatement (removal, encapsulation, or enclosure) for various asbestos/lead projects. Last day to submit questions on Public Purchase.-11th july 12pm Asbestos Remediation - provide remediation activities in the formof abatement (removal, encapsulation, or enclosure) for various asbestos projects located at Owner facilities. Projects may include, but are not limited to, floor tile and mastic abatement, surfacing materials abatement, and thermal system insulation (TSI) abatement. Emergency response activities -the Contractor shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week to respond to environmental emergencies. Tire Contractor shall provide at least three (3) emergency phone numbers. When required by the Owner, the Contractor shall be onsite within two (2) hours ofthe return call to the Owner. Tire Contractor shall provide an adequate work crew and equipment to respond to tire emergency within the two (2) hour response period. Failure to respond within thirty (30) minutes ofthe initial phone call or failure to respond within the two (2) hour response time shall result in a deduction of $500 fromthe invoice for that task Lead Based Paint Remediation - provide remediation activities in the form oflead based paint abatement and encapsulation.
