Scope of Work The work consists of liquid-applied metal roofing restoration, joint sealants, and glazing sealants. The total area of roofing is +/- 5,000 sq. ft. Provide a cold-fluid-applied Polyurethane roofing system on metal roof and wall panels. 1. Work includes substrate preparation. 2. Work includes bridging and sealing air leakage and water intrusion pathways and gaps, including connections of the walls to the roof air barrier and penetrations of the building envelope. 3. Work includes preparation and stripping in the gutter seams with a subset of the materials. The work is scheduled for completion by September 30, 2024. Estimated construction cost $ 50,000 to 75,000 BUILDING OVERVIEW Boylston Elementary School is a stand-alone, one-story public school. The building features multiple EPDM and metal roof sections at varying heights. The building's exterior façade is comprised of brick veneer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
