The Berlin-Boylston School is seeking to engage a company to supply and perform ductless air conditioning/heat pumps installations. 24 Classrooms, one Nurses room and one Office with a server would each have a split unit. The project involves installation of ductless air conditioning systems including, but not limited to, run line sets, indoor and outdoor unit mounting, roof penetration, and all necessary electric work. All work shall be done consistent with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, regulations, and ordinances Provide and install split units in 26 total rooms All necessary electrical work will be done by award winner. Award winner will be required to replace and/or repair and make good any ceiling, roof, wall or partitioning work after the installation Condensers installed on roof or on the side of the building and piped to air handler unit Roof penetration will be done by award winner if found necessary during installation. Roof must be patched to prevent leaks Piping, plastering, paintwork and any other builders work will be made good after installation of the air conditioning units.
