Provide materials, labour, equipment and transportation for the cleaning of all existing sewers and maintenance holes. Including the removal of debris, obstruction, and blockages This work shall commence immediately upon the Proponent being notified in writing to do so by the Owner and shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning upon signing of agreement and ending December 31, 2028.
