Place TY II base course, SP III asphalt paving and pavement markings that are indicated on the drawings (See Part 11-Narative of Specific Work Requirements). Provide all material, equipment, and labor to repair RR21 consisting of milling, processing subgrade, backfill edges, reshape, compacting ect, per the design drawings and SOW. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
