County of Calaveras is soliciting informal bids from qualified contractors for the following work: Exterior Building Repairs at Raid Road Flat Community Center located at 298 Rail Road Flat Road, Rail Road Flat CA 95248. The project consists of removing the dryrot damaged exposed cantilever glulam beams at the North and South elevations of the building and removing architectural beams at same locations to eliminate existing hazardous conditions. Enclosing the existing glulam beam pockets and hangers/hardware scheduled to remain with new wood framed columns and provide watertight stucco patching as needed. Supplying & installing new roof flashings, diverters, drip edge, gutter and downspout liter sections as shown to match existing roof accessories.
