The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the five ARPA Local Drainage Mitigation projects listed below. These projects are being combined into one package to deliver efficiencies and obtain economies of scale. The project is located along Madison Street - South 16th Street to S 16th Place North to Madison Street. The work will include the installation of 15", 18", 24", 30", 36", and 42" storm drain pipes, catch basins, manholes, and/or inlet structures. The project will also include installation, removal and replacement of asphalt-concrete pavement, microseal, valley gutters, sidewalk, curb and gutter. Removal of existing pumps and disconnected of related electrical lines. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or all bids will be rejected, as soon as practicable after the date of opening bids.
