A-32) authorizing it to practice surety insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RLRQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative referred to in the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RLRQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the bid will be automatically rejected. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE This bid guarantee must be exchanged upon award of the contract, by a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract excluding taxes. CONTRACT DURATION The contract is for a period of eight (8) months, from October 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
