Upgrades and rehabilitation of the infrastructure on rue Notre-Dame between Richelieu boulevard and Saint-Étienne Street. The project is expected to be developed in two phases: - Phase 1 (between Richelieu and Joffre streets): budget estimate is approximately $10,500,000.00 (taxes included). - Phase 2 (between Joffre and Saint-Étienne streets): budget estimate is approximately $12,000,000.00 (taxes included). TIMELINE: The owner has issued and awarded a tender for the first construction phase that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Infrastructure Repairs of Rue Notre-Dame (Between Boulevard Richelieu and Rue Joffre). Construction is underway. Tender for the general contractor of the second phase is anticipated in early 2026 and will be followed in a new separate report. Note. The firm Artelia Inc was awarded to provide material quality control services.
