The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $5 million. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction.
