Reference Number 0000356669 Window Installation at 256 Washington Ave, Uptown Kingston Residential Rehabilitation Program Property Address: 256 Washington Avenue The successful bidder to this RFB shall execute a contract with the City of Kingson to perform the below scope of work: Install customer-supplied windows in each building as follows: o Building One: 48 o Building Two: 60 o Building Three: 31 Details: o All windows will be purchased by property owners, onsite and placed next to corresponding opening o Windows will be either Replacement or New Construction. Replacement windows should be caulked appropriately based on industry best practices. New Construction windows should be flashed appropriately based on industry best practices o Some replacement windows will need rotted frames repaired or replaced. Installer will be responsible to repair/replace frames as needed AND supply appropriate materials o All debris should be removed by installer and discarded in customer supplied dumpster o Windows are of varying sizes throughout the three buildings
