Reference Number 0000356601 Job Location: 259 Cardinal Way, Parachute, CO 81635 Summary: The Town is seeking qualified contractors to help complete the construction of improvements and site work at Wasson McKay Park. The selected contractor will be responsible for various park site improvements, paving, hardscaping, and landscaping, and transforming the area into a hub of activity and space for the community. Ultimately, we aim to honor our community's history while creating a vibrant space for the future. Location: 259 Cardinal Way, at the intersection of the I-70 pedestrian bridge and Cardinal Way (southeast side of I-70), Parachute, Colorado. Scope of Work: The project includes all construction components and site work to create a new park space, including the construction of new curb and gutter, asphalt paving, landscaping and concrete construction. This request for bids is being issued for the construction of the park improvements only. All other references to renovations and upgrades to the home and structures will be completed by others. Details are outlined in the provided construction document bid set. Respondents must review these documents thoroughly and submit any questions or concerns in writing prior to proposal submission.
