Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and prepare surface to install an epoxy quartz-based flooring system in the Saw Shop and Equipment Storage Warehouse buildings for the Tollhouse Fire Center, Fresno-Kings Unit (FKU). In addition to those programs and preferences that are specified in this solicitation, Prospective Contractors are encouraged to consider programs and preferences that are available, such as those for the use of small businesses, disadvantaged businesses, disabled veteran businesses, and other businesses covered by State and Federal programs and preferences.
