The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Repair Fire Alarm Systems. This acquisition includes one (1) CLIN. The Period of Perfomance will be 120 days after receiving Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offerer whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. The Contractor shall provide replacement of the existing Fire Alarm System to include a stamped-engineered design by licensed FPE, new Monaco MAAP+ Panel with point-to-point reporting, new addressable detection devices, pull stations, horns, strobes, monitor modules, BTX, antenna, lightening arrestor, all new wiring and conduit in Munitions B3276 and B3298. Demolish the existing Fire Alarm System and repair and paint any ceiling/walls as needed. New system shall tie into existing Fire Suppression system and all shall be tested., as stated in Statement of Work (SOW) Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project (IAW FAR 36.204): Between $100,000 and $250,000.
