Contract No. 4 - COMBINED CONSTRUCTION (LUMP SUM): Mobilization, bonding, and insurance for all general construction, mechanical construction, and electrical construction as described in Contracts No. 1 through 3. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidder's bond.
