The work is to commence upon a date to be specified by the OWNER, notice of which will be given to the successful bidder ten (10) days in advance of the start of construction. The Contractor will be required to commence construction and substantially complete all work for the project by September 6th, 2025. If any person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Project Manual, or other Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Project Manual, they may submit to the ENGINEER a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. B. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. C. Any interpretation or correction of the documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued. 1.
