This "Turnkey Scope of Services" includes demolition, procurement ofmaterials, delivery, and installation of new materials and equipment to replace itemslisted in thisscope of work. All work will be completed in the professional manner of resident safety, public safety, and daily operational needs. The contractorshallreplace the high velocity air conditioning system thatservesthe south section of the building. o Remove and properly dispose of the existing air conditioning system o Furnish and install a new Unico high velocity system including: A new model M2430BL1-EC2 blower module or comparable product A new model M2430CL1-B cooling module or comparable product A new model 2430R1 Return Air Module or comparable product Secondary drain pan Wetswitch flood detector A new Bryant model 114SAN0300N, 2.5 ton condenser rated at 14 SEER or comparable product A 32" x 32" Diversitech pad A new line set with line cover outside o Furnish and install a new 6" fresh airsystem forthe new high velocity system including: A Thermotec model TCR-6-1240 fresh air electric heater A new 6" fresh air intake Insulated ductwork from the fresh air intake to the heater and return air on the high velocity system. o Replace 2 existing boilers with 1 new high efficiency boiler o Remove and properly dispose of the 2 existing boilers o Furnish and install (1) new IBC model SL26-260G3 high efficiency boiler rated at 95% AFUE and 26,000 to 260,000 BTU/hr input o Remove the existing boiler specialties o Furnish a new boilersystem including: o Flexcon HTX60 expansion tank o 1/2 " fill valve and backflow preventer o 1 1/2 " Hydro/dirt separator with magnet o CPVC schedule 80 venting for boiler o PVC schedule 40 combustion air intake piping o Condensate drain with acid neutralizer fo the boiler piped to the existing drain o Reuse all existing zone valves and thermostats o (1) new Grundfos model UPS26-99FC primary pump with ISO flanges o (2) new Grundfos model UPS1558FC zone pumps with ISO flanges o Copper boiler piping from the new boiler to the supply and return piping of the removed boilers o Gas piping from the existing gas line to the new boiler o Boiler mounting hardware o Install a new IBC model BTI55 indirect water heater to replace the 2 existing gas water heaters o Replace the existing 4 ton fan/coil unit with a new 2 stage furnce and air conditioner o Remove and properly dispose of the existing fan/coil unit and condenser o Furnish and install a new furnace and air conditioning system including: A Carrier or Bryant, 4 ton condenser rated at 14 SEER Cased evaporator coil New line set Condensate drain to an existing site drain A new Carrier or Bryant, 2-stage natural gasfurnace rated at 96% AFUE and 80,000 BTU/hr A new 6" fresh air intake with motorized and balance damper A new Honeywell model TH411OU2005 digital programmable thermostat PVC schedule 40 vent and intake piped outside Gas piping from the existing gas line to the new furnace A new 8"fresh intake piped to the return of the new furnace return air including an 8" motorized damper and balance damper. o Replace the existing 1.5 ton ductlesssplitsystem with a new Mitsubishi 1.5 ton heat pump ductless split system Manufacturersubstitutions might be allowed. Allsubstitutions need to be submitted for approvalto Brown County owner's representative at least 48 business hours prior to bid submission deadline.
