Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Work is to include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, certificates, licenses, bonds, insurance, supplies, and services to construct all underground infrastructure, site improvements and all elements to construct an Ag Barn per drawings and specifications listed on the aforementioned. Time of completion for the Project shall be 100 calendar days from the date established in the Owners Notice to Proceed. The retention on this project is Five Percent (5%). The bidder shall have a Class B license and shall maintain that license in good standing through Project completion and all applicable warranty periods. This Project is subject to labor compliance monitoring and investigative activities by the Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California (DIR). The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity and to reject any or all bids. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof or any authorized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to take more than sixty (60) days to decide regarding the rejection of bids or the award of the Contract.
