Site work and paving for a civil project in Manchester Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of July 31, 2024, project was awarded to Meco, Inc., awarded amount is $402,560.32.** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes reconstruction and upgrading of Township Road 'Station Road', including the installation of stormwater infrastructure, concrete, traffic signage & striping, paving, and general restoration within the Township of Manchester, Ocean County, New Jersey, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within (60) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Township of Manchester" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required The Township of Manchester reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law
