Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nephi, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

Nephi City is seeking bids to develop approximately 60 acre parcel of land, and to cause to be constructed a commercial subdivision. The project will consist of installing water, sewer, gas, electrical, and storm drain infrastructure on the 60 acres. The development of asphalt roads, curb, gutter, & sidewalk, and a storm drain pond will be included in the project. The Project is located approximately 80 miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah. Each bid shall be correctly prepared and submitted on the prescribed Bid Form with required attachments, and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the full contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the Owner's judgment, the lowest responsive bid of a bidder or group of bidders. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid and to delete certain items listed in the bid as set forth therein. Bids received after the time established for receiving bids will not be considered. Except as provided in the Instructions to Bidders, no bidder may withdraw his bid after the time established for receiving bids or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Utah for an amount equal to or greater than the amount of their bid and for the type of work required, at the time of bidding and throughout the period of the contract. Bidders on this work must comply with all applicable governmental and local agency requirements.
