Reference Number 0000356680 The City is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of entering a contract for services as specified herein from a contractor (Contractor) that will provide prompt and efficient service to the City for Traffic Signal Maintenance and On-Call Emergency Repairs. Services shall include furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and personnel necessary to provide the work outlined in this solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) & Wheat Ridge standards and technical specifications. The Services (sometimes referred to herein as the Work) includes scheduled (non-Emergency) and 24-hour Emergency Services to forty-five (45) signalized intersections and all pedestrian signal crossings. The number of signalized intersections may change throughout the contract term.
