Site work for a water / sewer project in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Sewer Standpipe Replacement Project consists of the following tasks: 1. Provide sewage bypass pumping to accommodate a peak measured flow for 6" sewer main approximately 20 GPM for distances as required for each activity. 2. Replace 14 existing sewer standpipes with a standard 4 ft. diameter precast concret sewer manhole and one additional new sewer manhole, which totals 15 manholes. Connections to existing pipes will be made using same size SDR-3 PVC pipes. Notice to Proceed and to complete the PROJECT within: 90 calendar days for substantial completion. 120 calendar days for contract completion. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of: 500$ for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion. 500$ for each calendar day of delay from the date established for contract completion.
