The City of Phoenix Public Transit Department ("City") invites sealed offers for fixed-route services out of the West Transit Facility commencing on July 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein, or the "Effective Date" of contract award by City Council (conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code), whichever is later. CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE Upon notification of a recommended award, the Offeror will have 14 calendar days to submit a complete certificate of insurance in the minimum amounts and the coverages as required in the Insurance Requirements of this solicitation. Insurance requirements are non-negotiable. CONTRACT AWARD The City reserves the right to award a contract by individual line items, by group, all or none, or any other combination most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to multiple award contracts.
