Site work and paving for a road / highway in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes but is not limited to grinding existing pavement and placement of new pavement, drilling 80 Cast-in-Drilled-Hole (CIDH) piles that are 20 feet long and filling with concrete. There will be no County-led pre-bid site visit. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The deadline to request placement on the mandatory bidders list or ask any questions is July 25, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
