The project, Village in the Woods Water Main Replacement/Extension (Contract #: BR6640A19/AW6640L19), is in Hyattsville, Prince George's County Maryland. The project's pipes are mostly located on Brightseat Road and Landover Road with a few of them on other minor roadways. The project consists of work shown on plans for contract number BR6640A19/AW6640L19. The work includes replacement/extension of approximately 14,288 LF of existing 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, 10- inch, 12-inch watermain, 24-inch steel casing pipe by trenchless method and replacement/installation of 35 Fire Hydrants, and 56 water house connections to serve the area shown on the contract drawings. The project is in Hyattsville, Prince George's County, Maryland. The Project is MDE SRF Loan funded and is subject to provisions contained in the American Iron and Steel (AIS) Act and the Build American, Buy American (BABA) Act. The AIS and BABA final-guidance documents, and applicable waivers are incorporated in these contract documents.
