All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Removing and replacing a stormwater flume along SE 8th Avenue. Removing the existing guardrail at the intersection of SE 8th Avenue and NE 1st Terrace. Removing and replacing a mitered end section at the intersection of SE 8th Avenue and NE 1st Terrace to extend culvert. The installation of landings, crosswalks, and a handrail per FDOT design standards. All qualified contractors licensed by the State of Florida are hereby invited to submit a bid on the above referenced project. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND: The Owner will require that the Contractor furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price.
