Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK A. The items of work under Contract No. 1 General Construction include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: Construction of a 65 wide x 90 long Pre-Engineered Fabric Building (PEFB) supported on new pre-cast concrete walls and foundations. The project includes fine grading the previously installed Type 2 stone fill material for grade adjustment. For the furnishing of all labor and material necessary for Contract 1 General Construction, for the City of Watertown Department of Public Works Salt Storage Facility per specifications for use by the Citys Department of Public Works located at 521 Newell Street, Watertown, NY 13601. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
