Project Title: Replace AHUs & VAVs in NPS Dorms Ph1 Project Location: Keesler AFB, MS This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope for this contract. The work includes replacing air handler units (AHUs), make up air units (MAUs), and variable air volume (VAVs) in buildings 6950 and 7404. All work shall be phased to allow the facility to remain occupied during construction. Dorm rooms will be released a wing (floors 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) at a time. The Construction Manager will coordinate with Facility Manager on the number of Military Training Leader (MTL) offices released in each phase. Contractor to ensure occupied rooms are not to be disturbed during construction in adjacent spaces. All offerors are cautioned that the construction team is expected to spend an adequate amount of time at the facility prior to proposal submittal to fully assess the existing conditions to ensure that appropriate construction methods can be used to replicate the existing features in the proposed work. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This acquisition is being issued as a HUBZone set-aside. Enter price in Section B.
