On-Call Environmental Consulting. Respondents will absorb all costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of their proposal. Scope of Services The City is seeking (a) qualified firm(s) with proven experience in providing Professional Services for Environmental Review relating to the preparation of documents pursuant to the requirements of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) on an as-needed basis. The selected Consultant(s) shall provide the requested services and be readily available to assist the Planning Services Division's customers unless the City directs otherwise. Please note that if any addenda are posted during the time that this item is out for bid, all electronic bids that have been submitted will be invalidated.
