Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation is soliciting professional services from firms ("Offerors") with sufficient experience, expertise and capacity to provide the Security Camera Systems and Access Control (the "Services") necessary for the construction of a four (4) story building containing forty-three (43) rental apartment units proposed for the Northview Midrise building (the "Project"). ARMDC is contemplating the award of a professional service contract, or contracts, for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year extension options (at ARMDCs discretion) in the form of the Contract (Attachment A) through this solicitation process. Question Deadline: 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 26, 2024 ARMDC strongly encourages and affirmatively promotes the use of MBEs and WBEs in all ARMDC contracts. For these purposes, an MBE is defined as any legal entity other than a joint venture, organized to engage in commercial transactions, that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned and controlled by one or more minority persons. ARMDC reserves the right to interview selected Offerors, request additional information from selected Offerors and/or negotiate terms and conditions with selected Offerors.
