The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the supply of various HVAC installation equipment and supplies. Question Submission Deadline: July 19, 2024, 5:00p Period of Contract: July 2024 through June 2026 with two (2) one (1) year options to renew. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Guarantee in the form a cashiers check or money order, in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bid total, by a bond with corporate surety in an amount not exceeding five (5) percent of the Bid total, PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND Upon Award, Bidder will, within ten (10) calendar days of Award notice, furnish a Performance Bond using sufficient surety or sureties, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price. The City reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any or all Bids if it is in the best interest(s) of the City at the Citys sole discretion
