Amtrak is accepting Letters of Interest for Services in support of our Lorton Autotrain, VA (LOR) Back of House HVAC Replacement. Responses are to include qualification information requested/stated below and be limited to ten (10) one-sided typed pages. Amtrak, at its sole discretion and without discussion, will determine which Contractors are to be added to its short list for the forthcoming Invitation to Bid. Statement of Qualifications: Firms shall provide the following: o Name of Firm (if a single entity) or Joint Venture Partners and significant subcontractors. o The Name, Title, and Contact information of the Authorized Representative / Single Point-of-Contact for the LOI. o Presentation of resume / qualifications of Project Manager(s) demonstrating successful management of general construction projects. o Demonstration of the firm's successful experience in construction / rehabilitation projects over the past 10 years. Please show examples of similar projects with the scope of work, type and percent of contract self-performed, contract amount, schedule duration and Contact name and phone number. o Demonstration that the firm has adequate resources for the construction project. o Please limit total LOI submissions to 10 pages.
