Renovation of a development in Woodside, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
Project Description/Base Bid: Supply & install 660 LF of a 2-rail drill-pipe fence and 2 cattle gates. There is a tractor with a post-hole attachment already on-site. It can be used for this project. Clear and grub as required. Place on-site boulders near the creek and run the fence post to the boulders. The fence will be on both sides of the creek. Google Maps pin: Range Creek 39.357280, -110.130042 Additive Alternates: Add Alternate #001 is a 3-rail drill-pipe fence. See Plans Notes/Additional Info: Contractors need to plan to stay at the site during construction. There are cabins and facilities. No shooting, fishing, hunting, and limited hiking. A permit is required for all visitors. If you are not familiar with the area, you travel south on highway 6 until you get to the Horse Canyon Rest Stop, turn left and go past the rest stop and continue on Horse Canyon Road, which will turn into a dirt road. See the map attached to the plans. ***A truck will be needed to access the site.
