This request for proposal (RFP) includes the site survey/field investigations, assessment, design, installation, and provide and install a new 200 Amp, 120/208-volt, three phase Panel Board meeting DM Specifications [to be a 42 circuit, filled [(all Spaces with breakers) with appropriate breakers for this project] in building 4868. This new panel board shall have Surge Protection Devices (SPD line to Grid protection with SPD Surge counter and SPD Dry Contacts) be fed by a 200-amp outdoor rated three pole disconnect switch and conduit and wire feeder from an existing outdoors mounted 400 Amp power box to the new panel board location. In addition, provide and install two appropriately sized power feeds with wall mounted female outlets to two new pieces of equipment (Outlets to match the two machine male plugs). One machine is a Plasma Table (name plate information is "Razorweld Cut 45") made by Jasic Technologies America (phone number 253-859-6277). The other machine is a "Power Pro 256D" Welder made by Everlast (phone number 1-877-755-9353, dial 208). The work to be performed shall include all material, labor, equipment, testing necessary to have a complete and functional power system at Building 4868 address 5675 S. Ben White Street on Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. See paragraph 1.6 for specific project design and construction requirements. Proposal Requirements: The Period of Performance for the entire project is estimated not exceed 159 calendar days. The Contractor is responsible for adding, updating, and completing all applicable project Specifications, Design Requirements, and Plans. This acquisition is a Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220, Size Standard - $45 million.
