The City of Portage La Prairie, as represented by the Director of Operations, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two (2) Part procurement process to provide asbestos abatement of the former Agassiz Youth Centre, located at 2 River Road, Portage La Prairie, Manitoba (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment). The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by October 18, 2024. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to Form D8, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price as per Form D3: Form of Offer. The City of Portage La Prairie will reject any Bid submitted by a Bidder who does not demonstrate in their Bid or in other information required or requested to be submitted, that the Bidder is responsible and qualified.
