Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in White Plains, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The New York Power Authority (Authority or NYPA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage experienced A&E firms to provide services for a "turnkey" solution for a new, roughly 310,000 sf+- office space. The work includes but is not limited to - site plan & permit approval, project planning & design and construction administration. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the bid documents via NYPA's Ariba platform. This contract may be fulfilled by a sub-contract, joint venture or co-production arrangement. Proposers are hereby directed to use NYPA's website (www.nypa.gov) to obtain complete bid documents, bid addenda, post bid-addenda and related notices. Proposers obtaining bid documents from sources other than the authority's web site at www.nypa.gov do so at their own risk. Incomplete proposal responses may be rejected. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
