Reference Number 00002734713 The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to undertake the inspection, testing and minor repair (ITM) services related to, Flat Roof Systems at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston, Ontario, which includes Fort Henry Heights, Fort Frontenac, McNaughton Barracks, Vimy Barracks, the Royal Military College (RMC), Brockville Armoury and Kingston Armoury. This contract will cover approximately 70 buildings with an approximate total gross roof area of 132, 200 square meters. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $900,000.00 (inclusive of all option years). The initial term of service is for a 42 month period with the option to extend for one additional two-year period. When specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System, the Tenderer shall submit bid security with the tender in the form of an electronic bid bond or wire transfer in an amount that is equal to not less than 10 percent of the tender amount. A performance bond and a labour and material payment bond each in an amount that is equal to not less than 50% of the Contract Amount. A labour and material payment bond in an amount that is equal to not less than 50% of the Contract Amount, and a security deposit in an amount that is equal to.
