Reference Number 0000277137 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/02 12:00:00 AM EDT General contractors and mechanical and electrical sub-contractors who wish to bid on Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) and/or Providence Care (PC) and/or Quinte Health (QH) Projects in range from $0 to $2,000,000 are required to Pre-Qualify. Previously pre-qualified contractors and sub-contractors are required to re-apply. Submissions will be assessed using pre-established criteria on a point basis QH reserves the right to add new Quinte-Area contractors to the Pre-Qualified Contractor list provided they meet the criteria noted within this RFP. The list may be revised to include new contractors only once every six (6) months. there is no intent to enter in an agreement specific to this RFP, but only to compile a list of Pre-Qualified Contractors (general contractors and mechanical and electrical sub-contractors) for Projects ranging in construction value from $0 to $2,000,000. Successful Proponents will be deemed Pre-Qualified Contractors for this purpose. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
