Site work for a civil project in Dobbin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The deadline to ask questions is 7/22/2024 12:00 PM CST Description of Work a. Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. b. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: Construction of Phase 1: One 245,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank, one 15,000 Hydropneumatic Pressure Tank, four 900-gpm Booster Pumps, one 250-kW Generator, all weather access road, electrical controls, Cedar and CMU fence and associated yard piping and valves. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Phase 1: Two 500-gpm water well, concrete slab, and above ground well head piping. Timbers Edge Water Plant - Water Wells
