The City of Canandaigua requests sealed bids to perform repairs to the exterior of the Canandaigua City Hall, 2 North Main Street, Canandaigua, New York. Repairing or replacing the lower step on the south side of the structure to match the existing. Rebuilding the existing stone walls Replacing missing stones with pieces that match the existing to as great a degree as possible Removing Portland cement mortar and repointing the existing stone walls as described in "Stone Masonry Foundation Walls" above (allow up to 70%) Repairing and resetting the existing stone bench seating on the East side All requests for information (RFI) regarding the plans and specifications shall be submitted in writing to Sarah Brown, City of Canandaigua, Department of Public Works, 205 Saltonstall Street, Canandaigua, NY or emailed to sbrown@canandaiguanewyork.gov. Answers to all questions will be provided by addendum to all plan holders. The last date for RFIs to be received
