SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need for approximately 405 sq. ft. of contiguous space to house a medical laboratory for a draw station for Upstate's Department of Medicine Hematology/Oncology patients. Location needs to be in zip code 13210 and located within the Hill Medical Center. Required hours of operations for the lab are to be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Onsite parking for Staff and patients required, including easy access to site for patients. Occupancy will be required by July 2024. Lease term would be for a minimum of 3 years. Contract term: 3 years Location: Hill Medical Center, 1000 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13210 Proposal must include cost estimate to bring space up to required codes and standards.
