Site work for a civil project in Terrace, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed contract requires the construction of 280 meters of Forest Service Road and the installation of on 18.3-meter steel bridge complete with deck panels on the Kitnayakwa Forest Service Road. The Kitnayakwa Forest Service Road is located at approximately 44 km on the Copper Forest Service Road which starts approximately 8 km east of Terrace, B.C. The contract will require the appropriate heavy equipment and expertise typically required to construct a Forest Service Road and install a steel bridge. The Ministry will supply the necessary Professional Engineer to supervise and sign off on the bridge construction. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award is subject to final approval.
