Reference Number 0000356716 Job Location: 1510 Progress St. Sturgis Mi, 49091 The Contract provides for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace one (1) 69kV transmission line relay panel at Industrial Substation, one 69kV transmission line relay panel plus 69kV breaker replacement and 69kV line PT installation at Central Substation. Industrial Substation work must be completed during AEP Industrial Line outage scheduled for 10/28/24 - 11/15/24. Central Substation work must be completed by 02/01/25.The overall scope of this project includes replacement of one (1) 69kV transmission line relay panel (Sturgis Industrial Substation - AEP Stubey Rd Substation) at Industrial Substation, one 69kV transmission line relay panel (Sturgis Central Substation - AEP Stubey Rd Substation) plus 69kV breaker and 69kV line PT installation at Central Substation. The 69kV breaker and PT will be relocated from Ross Substation to Central Substation. Each 69kV line relay panel will include two(2) SEL-411L line protections relays, breaker controls, revenue meter, test switches, terminal blocks and wiring. Fiberoptic cable will be extended into each substation from AEP's splice point outside each substation into the control house. The Owner will furnish certain material as listed in the Project Manual to the Contractor. The Contractor will be requiredto pickup and transport all material which is supplied from the Owner's warehouse.
