Troup Community Development Corporation will receive bids for Patriot Park Paving & Drainage Improvements Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Approximately 227 Square Yards of Concrete Paving. 2. Approximately 121 Linear Feet of 48-inch Storm Sewer 3. Approximately 126 Linear Feet of 18-inch Storm Sewer 4. Four Reinforced Concrete Inlets & Junction Boxes All quantities are estimated and subject to change. A cashier's check payable to the order of Troup Community Development Corporation, in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid, or, Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Texas in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Troup Community Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Troup Community Development Corporation for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. In order to assure that all potential bidders receive any corrections or addendums to the specifications, an official "Bidder's List" will be maintained in the Engineer's office for the project. Any notices of changes in the specifications will be sent to those on the "Bidder's List" and the Engineer will not be held responsible for those not on the list.
