Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing pedestrian facilities and construction of new pedestrian facilities along 5th St S between 13th Ave S and 15th Ave S. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 5th St S Ped Improvements The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
